IntelReport is operated by an individual entrepreneur based in Slovenia, European Union. We provide intelligence reports on companies, delivered digitally via email.

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our service:

• Email address — to deliver your report and communicate about your order
• Company name — the subject of the intelligence report you request
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (card payments) or via USDC on the Polygon blockchain (cryptocurrency payments). We do not store card numbers or financial credentials.
• Transaction records — order details, amounts, and payment confirmation for bookkeeping

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Process and fulfill your report order
• Deliver the completed report to your email
• Communicate about your order status
• Process payments and issue refunds if applicable
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or advertising. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing. Stripe processes your card information under their own privacy policy.
• Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery. Used to send your report and order confirmations.
• Polygon Network — for USDC cryptocurrency payments. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.

We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. No third-party analytics services are currently in use.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers within the European Union. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Payment card data is never stored on our servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

• Order data (email, company name, transaction records) is retained for up to 10 years to comply with Slovenian tax and accounting regulations.
• Report files are retained for 12 months after delivery to handle support requests, then deleted.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

As an EU-based service, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Restriction — request we limit how we process your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing of your data
