1. Service Description

IntelReport provides intelligence reports on companies. Reports include research, analysis, and insights compiled by our analysts and delivered as PDF documents via email.

IntelReport is operated by an individual entrepreneur based in Slovenia, European Union.

2. Ordering & Pricing

Reports are available in multiple tiers, ranging from $49 to $299 depending on the depth and scope of analysis. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of the service fee. VAT may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for your selected report tier.

3. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit card — processed securely via Stripe
• USDC cryptocurrency — on the Polygon network

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

For cryptocurrency payments, the transaction is considered complete once confirmed on the Polygon blockchain. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address and covering any network fees.

4. Delivery

Reports are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your selected tier:

• Express — within 1 hour
• Standard — within 4 hours
• Deep Dive — within 24 hours

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. In rare cases, complex subjects may require additional time. We will notify you if a delay is expected.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your report for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details.

Refunds for card payments will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Cryptocurrency refunds will be returned in USDC to a wallet address you provide.

After the 24-hour window, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon delivery and payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for your own internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or publish the report (in whole or in part)
• Share the report with third parties outside your organization
• Use the report to create competing products or services

IntelReport retains all intellectual property rights in the reports, methodologies, and frameworks used in their creation.

7. Accuracy & Disclaimer

Reports are compiled from publicly available information and our analytical methods. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information in a report is complete, accurate, or current.

Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions based on our reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• IntelReport's total liability for any claim arising from our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on information contained in our reports.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: corporate espionage, stalking, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Slovenia.
